Account & Profile

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking on the 'Register' button in the top navigation bar. You can sign up using your email, phone number, or Google account.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click 'Forgot Password' and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can update your email address in your account settings. Go to your profile and select 'Edit Profile'.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to your account settings, scroll to the bottom, and click 'Delete Account'. Please note this action cannot be undone.

Audiobooks & Playback

Why is my audiobook not playing?

This could be due to connectivity issues or an expired session. Try refreshing the page or signing out and back in. If the problem persists, check your internet connection.

Can I adjust playback speed?

Yes, you can adjust the playback speed in the audio player. Look for the speed control (1x) button and select your preferred speed.

How do I add audiobooks to my library?

Click the 'Add to Library' button on any audiobook page to save it to your personal library for easy access.

Can I create playlists?

Currently, playlist creation is only available for premium subscribers. Upgrade your account to access this feature.

Downloads & Offline Listening

How do I download audiobooks for offline listening?

On any audiobook page, click the download button next to each episode. You can find all your downloaded content in the 'Downloads' section.

Why is my download failing?

Downloads may fail due to poor internet connection, insufficient storage space, or server issues. Try again with a stable connection or free up space on your device.

How much storage space do audiobooks use?

The storage size varies based on the length and quality of the audiobook. On average, an hour of audio at standard quality uses about 25-30MB of storage.

Can I download on mobile data?

Yes, but this is disabled by default to protect your data usage. You can enable downloads over mobile data in the Download Settings.

What are the benefits of a premium subscription?

Premium subscribers enjoy ad-free listening, unlimited downloads, higher audio quality, exclusive content, and early access to new releases.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account settings, select 'Subscription', and click 'Cancel Subscription'. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

When will I be charged?

Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month. You'll receive an email receipt when your payment is processed.

Do you offer family plans?
